Fickle hairs made to flair
the sun caresses radiation
tied together bound by elastic
I care to be free
words lost to wind
while the air tries to pull it
to leave its earthly bounds,
it says I am lost,
and no longer found.

One line poetry thanks to this prompt by Shweta Stormborn:

Also, thanks to the Chalkboard team with Kathy Jacobs and Harper Thorpe for all the work to keep us poets inspired. Thank you! ❤

I'm unapologetically me with a hard edged view of life. I love to travel and have crazy amounts of fun spaced between quiet moments.
